Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free on orders over 60€ to a pickup point and over 100€ for home delivery.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected. With Standard Delivery (Colissimo), orders arrive within 2 to 4 business days; Express (Chronopost) takes 1 to 2 business days; and Pickup Point delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.
Can I exchange or return my item?
Yes, you can return your jewelry within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it's unworn and in its original condition. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. You will need to return the item first, then place a new order.
