Return Policy
Withdrawal period
In accordance with article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.
Return conditions
The jewelry must not have been worn and must be returned in its original packaging (pouch, box, reference tag).
If the original packaging is missing or the jewelry has been worn, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.£
How to return an item
Contact us by email at contact@eclatparis.com, specifying your order number and the item you wish to return.
We will send you the return instructions and the return address by email.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Special cases
Orders placed with a promo code → The refund will reflect the discounted price paid at checkout.
Defective item → If your jewelry is defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. After this time, refunds cannot be issued.
Exchanges → We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order.
Order cancellation → You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase by emailing us at contact@eclatparis.com. After that, the order will be processed and can no longer be changed.
Where to return jewelry?
Returns must be sent to the address provided by email.
In-person returns or returns through our retailers are not accepted.
