Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you choose:

Pickup point: 3–7 business days.
Standard (Colissimo): 2–4 business days
Express (Chronopost): 1–2 business days

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order anytime by logging into your account.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may still be able to update your delivery address. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
